Ivermectin may have helped with any that might have been in my intestinal region but my infection was disseminated into the sub-cut tissues of the head and body areas so even though I did not have any noticeable side effects taking the Ivermectin, I cannot be certain that this medication had any effect on the
parasites be them round and/or flat worms as I still had repeated cycles of activity.
One thing with Ivermectin it did not cause any scattering whereas Albendazole did. Ivermectin equine paste for me was better than buying the much more expensive tablets from pharmacies and I reckon the paste is more effective than the tablets in terms of purity, the tablets having fillers in them, I would use up a syringe in about a week and maybe a half depending on how much I took daily. One quarter
inch measure squeezed out of the tube is approx. 12mg Ivermectin but I have taken upto around 18mg or even taking 2 x 12mg doses per day all with no ill effect.
Ivermectin and Albendazole work mainly on different species of worms and both meds effect only specific stages in the parasite's life and reproductive cycle, taking cloves in the form of fresh powdered cloves encapsulated in a gel cap will destroy the eggs.
At present I'm taking Ionic Copper concentrate drops which may be helping as since taking this copper supplement for over a month now, I have not felt any obvious activity or movements and there have been a couple of other people who have had the same experience after taking Ionic Copper with the added bonus of seeing their skin firm up.
