You have mentioned borax many times in regard to rinsing the sinuses, is this mule team borax you are referring to or is it another brand? Would boric acid be considered an alternative or is it not the same?

A couple of folks over there developed nausea after taking Mule Team internally, thats why I dont recommend it anymore.
I have no chance to test it as it is not sold over here.
I heard it may contain additives as detergents, but it may not be so. Maybe it was a coincidence; some batches may not be pure, as it is a mined product.

I recommend the 100 % cosmetical or pharma grade just to be on the safer side. That said, I never had problem with any of the types I have tested; one from the pharmacy, one from the chemist, one ala Mule Team (from UK) Lately I have only purchased from Mountain Rose.
