Hi James,
I underwent an ultrasound of the thyroid and following is the result.
A satisfactory view of the thyroid gland was obtained. It is relatively small.
The right lobe is 33*14*14 mm with a volume of 3.4cc and the left lobe is 32*12*14 mm with a volume of 2.9 cc. The gland has a heterogeneous echotexture with a diffusely nodular appearance. Discrete nodules are difficult to differentiate.
There is increased vascularity in both lobes of the thyroid gland. There is no retrosternal extension. No abnormality is seen in the adjacent soft tissues.
Conculsion: The Thyroid gland is relatively small with heterogeneous echotexture and increased vascularity which could be consistent with a thyroiditis.
Please see the below link where you confirmed that I have thyroiditis.

Do I have nodules? If yes, how can I shrink them?
Awaiting your response.
Thanks.
Can I take spirulina with the above codition?
Yes. I like chlorella a lot more than spirulina though.
I hope it is not autoimmunity. How much of spirulina can I take?
1/2 to 1 teaspoon 3 times daily.
I got some Jiaogulan. I powdered them in a blender. Can you please recommend the dosage?
I recommend a 1/2 teaspoon three times daily.
Will ozone shrink the nodules? There is some controvesy hyperthyroid active nodules should not be treated with ozone. http://www.trejos.com/Trejos/Discolysis.stm
Can you please confirm?
I found two studies that showed the use of ozone in conjunction with potassium iodide decreased thyroid nodules and help improve thyroid tissue health in general. I found nothing showing evidence against the use of ozone with thyroid nodules.

Do I have nodules? If yes, how can I shrink them?
Yes, there are nodules. And combined with the thyroiditis it sounds like Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I recommend primary focusing on building up your adrenal glands, which will help with the Hashimoto's and with the inflammation. Adding some seaweed to the diet can also help by providing some iodine. Don't go overboard though since excess iodine can aggravate Hashimoto's.
Now I have been diagonsed with Left acute otitis media with mastoiditis. Right minimal mastoiditis.
Is it life threatining?
Not really life threatening, but it can create problems including loss of bone, loss of hearing, facial paralysis, etc. So it is serious.
I am taking pau d arco, chappral and andrographis tinctures and the ear drops you recommend.
The problem in this case though is that mastoiditis does not always respond to antiseptics, including pharmaceutical antibiotics, since there is little blood flow to this tissue. Thus it is hard to get the active compounds to the infection site.
James I am the person from Australia currently in India. I do have access to ozone. Is ear insuffliation good for the bone infection.
Yes, this would be my first choice. Unlike other antiseptics ozone can readily penetrate the various tissues of the body including bone tissue. Another advantage is that the ozone will also help to promote healing of the tissues. The ozone can be administered by ear insufflation.
I am really nervous James Please advise.
What should I do now?
I recommend doing the ear insufflation for 20-30 minutes 3 times daily.
I am really confused with my thyroid because I have Hyperthyroid symptoms.
I thought that was what you were diagnosed with and had been addressing? Hyperthyroidism can be autoimmune, which means it can also fare up when under stress including pain.
Can I do blood ozone? What would be the concentration?
Ear insufflation would be better since it will concentrate the ozone at the infection site.
What would be the concentration for ear insufflation?
For the ear I would recommend 60-80 gamma.
How fast can I expect to cure the infection?
The ozone should clear up the infection within a few days, but keep doing the ozone for a few days after the symptoms disappear to make sure all the infection is cleaned up.
