I am of two minds about Mercola. The occasional blip comes over the radar that might help family members and relations...
such as those who still think it's okay to use microwaves !!!! when Russia (or whatever the politically correct name now is)
has long ago banned them...
And I am bothered by how many new "must have" products Mercola manages to swing with every "illuminating" newsletter...
(all leading to the equivalent of a Walmart financial status) (???)
So,what do others think? I do not mean to be pointing a finger at him, per se. I know he does some good for a certain strata. I still subscribe, and usually delete the newsletters, but once in a while open one... thinking it might serve some good.
HOWEVER< On the whole, it is very simple though. Isn't it? You don't need someone to spoon feed you with what is the next proven 'whatever'. If you tune in yourself, you will intuit the truth... But this is what the big machine wants you to NOT know; hence, all the products and so forth that are like wool over the eyes. And the notion that it is very hard to get well. It's NOT hard to BE well. But, yes, it's hard to GET well, if you are wedded to being sick (aka, enjoying this and that at the expense of health, etc...) The more you study Dr. Christopher, (let's not forget him!) and Schulze?
br /> you see, more and more, health comes down to a simple *don't eat cooked food* ... Or, if you do, eat slow-cooked broths; whole grains: emphasis WHOLE... And as for the rest, having just recently read about the hole in the earth's magnetosphere, I return to seeing visions of people growing sprouts in their own homes,
and having small green houses,.. and no one person standing alone, like a lone wolf. No Xbox (whatever that is)and no private movie room, with voice commands--(such as people have been sucked into buying, as a form of SOMA (if anyone recalls the book "1984")
and we all need to help one another...wouldn't that be wonderful??????
Happy New (dragon) Year
Love, Chiron
I think the impulse WAS good, in the beginning, and then the greed takes over, and gets its tentacles throughout--and mind gets twisted. So that whatever he discovers/uncovers as being beneficial has to become his exclusive monopoly on same, the best of the best, and something you MUST have.
It's the perpetuation of greed that really disturbs me. The buyer (or reader) is subtly infected with this more is better idea, which in effect, makes the person very small. Which is the same sort of mainstream thinking that pushes medicine and
promotes research institutes that are NOT out to make themselves redundant.
As if anyone were really only a body, a collection of parts to be loaded up with product, and not a mind to be freed from deception and illusion.
(apparently,I had a little rant left in me. apologies)
