Hey Calibelle,
It seems to me in the case of the cereal, it is deliberate. In my way of thinking, if it were a consequence of the processing of the food, I would think it would be an isolated event. I've watched many videos using many different brands of cereal and for me it's kind of telling that they would all have the same problem with their machines, what are the chances of that, just saying. Slim I'd say, especially when you look at things like GMOs.
I have no doubt that there are things that happen due to using cheap materials that could harm us that might not be deliberate but I'm also aware that the vast majority of what is going on today is very deliberate. I hadn't heard about the Omega problem and I'm positive that was NOT deliberate. I have an Omega juicer and I love it!
In case you haven't yet run across this post of Uny's about what is really going on with our food supply here the link, I think it will be very enlightening.
Here are the links to the YouTube videos.
I agree, no matter how you slice it, it is very scary but once we are aware of what's going on we can avoid it. ;)
Happy New Year!
