My whole family(except me) eat cereal especially my dad he is busy all the time, works two jobs, always on the go. I showed him this today and he went all pale and mum too.. It's not good, it is criminal. Sick world we live in... Just for a quick buck... :(
But sad as it sounds it probably want turn them off it. There old and can't be bothered as they havent got much longer to live, so they say the just take each day as it comes. But i can't stand to have studied all this knowledge and watch them get ready for a heart attack or worse cancer. Very sad to watch and sad that they wont take it on board..
I know how frustrating it is to be unable to influence those close to us sufficiently enough for them to take better care of themselves. With all I have learned I cannot even discipline myself as well as I would like - to stay off the garbage food!! It is sooo tricky to find the best, afford the best. I am over 50, closer to 60 than I ever anticipated, and feel I can still make a difference in my future with better choices now, but am guilty of eating the damn cereal and want to puke watching these videos, and then I want to kill whoever is trying to kill ME/US!!!! ! And when I feel this I know they win even more...as I become what I hate. UGH!
