My first impression is that these are small seeds that are starting to grow or pollin sending out a germ tube. Some images of small Tapeworm do look similar but one has a broken end, not usual for a parasite. Flukes look something like this but are usually more delicate with folding and typical internal spots which I didn't see. If these are parasites then it's very encouraging that something is being killed off. As you probably know Clark's herbs are only the first treatment in a series of treatments to kill parasites and she advised staying on a maintenance program of the original 3 herbs.
