I d like to share a feeling regarding carb in food.
By the past, i thought glucose was nasty because glucose has a high glycemic index. I thought than Rice was less nasty because it has a med glycemic index.
Something really strange happened to me.
I did the following test.
1.
I ate a bowl of rice. I felt warm 45 minutes. I felt like drunk. I had to sleep. I understood i was feeding the candida. It didn't go well after time. i may feel the same with french fries or cereales bread.
2.
I drunk hot water with Ricola Tisane (13 plants tisane inside glucose grains) on an empty stomach. I didn't feel warm and i didn't have to sleep. I didn't feel drunk but i wanted to vomit after 1 hour. It is normal it is the effect of the plants because those 13 plants kill candida. and insulin was released in my body which dropped glucose level and perhaps help to kill candida.
Conclusion, i do think some complex carbs are not good for the candida. And i think i know why. For instance, rice results in a sustained level of blood glucose level.My own theory is the following. Low glycemic index food does not mean it is good if you have candida because it will provide a sustained amount of glucose to the candida. Besides, we know that candida is not able to survive if the blood sugar level drops quickly.

Look carefully at this chart, high glycemic food may increase glycemic load for a short time but then it will drop tremendously. On the other the low glycemic index food will provide a sustainable amount of glucose in the blood.
