Freezing the fecal matter doesnt harm the bacteria? I dont know if i trust that?
Interesting article from culinary arts website. I did not know bacteria can survive up to about 140 degrees. I thought bacteria were killed above 120.
Thats hard to believe that bacteria can go in a dormant state for over a year and still be active. Its like in a state of cryogenics. I guess thats why probiotics shelf life is about a year and half. Its hard to believe tha any organism can be in a dormant state without food reserves, i guess bacteria is a whole different animal.
