See a doctor and get a diagnosis, could be several things. No harm in treating it as any inflammatory bowel disease in mean time. Stop all inflammatory food and drink including alcohol spices etc, don't let it get any worse.
Since it looks red and surface is it most likely just rectal bleeding

I don't know your history, but if this is visible blood, and the condition you have been experiencing is getting worse, then a stool exam is necessary.
They should also check blood for elevated antibodies\WB'c
Only really nasty parasites will cause this much blood, but I would not discount it.
If stools have been unformed and loose for any length of time, then stool cultures should be run.
Certain bacterial infections will do this.

Obviously the bleeding is being caused by a pathogenic organism, the question is which one. I would do the Metametrix GI test (panel #2105) and a traditional stool test if money allows. Could well be protozoa but it is best to use testing to confirm.

It could be caused be many possible illnesses. It could also be internal hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids come with other symptoms as well, including bleeding while passing stools, residual blood that could be seen in the toilet bowl or wipes, burning sensation, itching, rectal discomfort and pain that is usually associated with the cleaning of the anus after moving bowels.

It's better to have a stool exam and be checked by a doctor to confirm this. And to be safe, avoid food that could trigger hemorrhoids.
