First liver flush results - thanks b...

Hello Everyone,
As some of you will know I did my first Liver Flush on Sunday. Oh my goodness what a build up!! I was quite scared really, you should have seen my house, I had dustbin bags under my sheet as I thought the diarrhea would be uncontrollable, towels all the way down the hall to the bathroom, telephones at each point... blimey I thought I was going to die or something!! BUT I DIDN'T and I'm pretty sure it was a success!! I felt very slightly nauseous a couple of hours after the OO (Olive-Oil) and lemon juice but apart from that absolutely fine. I did the Clark and used mag citrate. I probably got about 75-100 stones, the largest green one being about 0.75 inches and lots of small green and beige coloured ones. Today I'm going for a gentle colonic. Although I feel okay I know they can really knock me for six so I'm going to go a little easy.

This is a reply to # 187,042It can vary, on my first 2 flushes my bowels were back to normal in a couple of days, but the last flush i did my 3rd was a couple of weeks ago and my bowels are still not back to normal.

Yes, everything does not work for everybody. That's one of the most important things to realize. Ayurveda is a great way to learn what things could cause problems for you or what could be best for you. Andreas Moritz book The Key To Health And Rejuvenation is a great book to read for this. This is a reply to # 187,113Most if not all my flushes, the bowels returned to normal within 2 days. But not everyone is the same!

This is a reply to # 187,126I'm feeling much better thanks. Haven't had a normal bowel movement since as had a colonic yesterday. Hopefully I'm digesting things okay. I need to do a kidney cleanse now as I'm a big protein eater and the ache a bit but I was in desperate need of a liver cleanse and it wasn't even half as scary as I imagined. Have you done your first one Rick??
