I am Looking for a good 4 Day
Rotation Diet Menu (or a couple to mix and match) and
food allergy Chart for comparing similar families of fruits, veggies, legumes etc...
I have been dealing with leaky gut and candida for almost 2 years now and have made some progress but some times it seems I am going backwards instead of forward due to getting new allergic reactions so foods I eat often that used to not cause any reaction (such as accelerated heart rate, swelled fingers, sore back etc.) Eating wheat would make my breathing and heart beat so hard I had to stop eating it.
I've done the humaworm cleanses (2 parasite,candida and lung) and am eating an anti-candida diet.
It seems I need to do a
Rotation Diet to smother out the immune responses once and for all.
Any help or other suggestions would be appreciated!
