This weekend I did my 13th
Liver Flush (following the
Andreas Moritz protocol), and it was THE jackpot of all flushes, so far.
I passed:
42 stones of 1
cm diameter or greater
90 stones between 0.4 and 1cm diameter
900 stones less than 0.3
cm diameter
One of the big stones had a 2cm diameter and had a walnut shape. It broke apart fairly easily into blackish-green smaller stones. And I definitely felt that one come out!
I've been tracking the number and size of stones for every flush so far, although by mere approximation, and through visual inspection only; I don't have the patience or the stomach to collect them and size them in a more precise manner. No bother.
For these stones, I always count them conservatively, preferring err on the underestimation rather than overestimation side.
I made the assumption, just for the sake of calculation, that the stones were perfectly spherical, so that I could use the formula for calculating the volume of a sphere, in order to come up with an estimate for total volume of stones released: (4/3) x (pi) x (radius cubed)
For this particular flush, I got an estimate of 28 mls of stones, the biggest volume released so far! Out of the total 80 mls of stones released, from 13 flushes, this particular flush represents roughly 33% or ONE THIRD of all the material I've flushed out.
So for all of you
Liver-Flush veterans out there, is 80 mls of stones a reasonable volume for my 13 flushes so far?
