Baths, I believe, would be the best way to 'take' minerals, especially.
I was terrified of dying one night. I phoned a man who "knows", who was greatly annoyed that I was calling him and making him 'responsible' for my
education.
Anyway, he suggested that I take a footbath in a 1% solution of Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts.
I had three boxes of the salts in my cupboard for about three years...afraid to use them because I didn't know how and because I knew no one who had experience.
So I eyeballed it...about a cupful of the salts to a regular footbath tub, with warm water.
Nothing seemed to happen.
I went to bed after a 20 - 30 minute soak, still somewhat anxious...and immediately fell asleep.
In the morning I had forgotten my anxiety. I was walking down stairs when I remembered. There was no weight on my shoulders. If that wasn't an improvement, I don't know what is. To me, it is as though I saw that a lack of mineral balance caused anxiety.
This is the article that taught me more...

Eventually, after trying baths with a whole box each, I figured out that the formula is thirty-six times of warm water to the sole (so-lay) used. This can be used as a foot or a hand or a whole bath. The skin balances (in and out) the mineral content of the body.
A person doesn't feel 'high' from this bath...just balanced and well.
Make sole (so-lay) by adding a substantial amount of the salts to a container of water. If there are unmelted crystals left in the container in the morning, the sole is 36%...that's all the water will accept.
As I see it, no one needs to suffer any kind of mineral deficiency or overage...effortlessly.
