Water Fasts in the past, one 20 day one, my longest, one 16 day one, pure water fast, and many many 2 and 3 day little fasts, in addition to a 5 day juice fast at some point...at the moment I am finishing a 21 day
Water Fast on tuesday and I don't want to gain all the weight back again....every time I come off a fast I start out greatly, bananas, coconut water, prunes, all the good stuff, and then pow!!! I start eating like there's no tomorrow....this time I have already lost 20 pounds, I will probably go down another 3-4 by tuesday, which will put me to a nice 112 lbs, a wonderful weight for my height...my question is: what can I do to keep the weight loss, I read about oj diet, master cleanser, just fruit, but how much and for how many days?.....if I do a 14 day oj fast will I keep my weight loss intact????thanks in advance for any input!!!!
