IMHO, any infection, be it bacterial, viral, worms, fungal, etc. esp if in colon (where most of our immune system is) can give our flora good bacteria a run for its money. (which actually serves as part of our immune system)
I am starting to use coconut oil (Caprylic acid is in high concentrations i hear)
supplementing large doses of liquid vitamin D3 (purchased from drclarkstore.com if its appropriate and ok to mention here. i just find high quality important in supplements, and this is the highest quality vitamin d I've found so far, and it was not easy to find) easing up to excess of 10,000 iu daily, just listening to my body
i don't know if u know this but in IBD spectrum and i think prob all dysbiosis betacarotene has trouble forming into vitamin A
so being careful to maintain A levels, and supplementing that as well as a b-complex, a digestive enzyme, and vitamin c from afor mentioned source)
I also follow the Specific Carbohydrate Diet closely.
I am breathing med grade ozone ambiently, and drinking ozonated water
avoiding all fluoride (no toothpaste no tap water)
avoiding anything with "prop" in it in my personal care products
supplementing essential fatty acids of course
eating himalayan crystal salt ( the highest quality I could find, ordered over the net)
bathing in quality apple cider vinegar and
Epsom Salts
and praying.
starting to get myself back, and my strength, but i am in the woods still.
Always found western drugs (patent meds) work against me, and cause more trouble in the long run, I avoid them more than the plague.
I'm taking a probiotic that's SCD approved, its just acidophilous
oh, and some quality milk thistle.
and occasionally traditional chinese medicine appropriate herbs.. cinnamon, white pepper, ginger, etc. white pepper impacted me alot.
and not eating foods late at night, aiming to finish way way before 10
NAC helped, vitamin e, cloves, oil of oregano..
and almond butter helps me. and black olives (high quality, no funky hidden processing ingredients i believe)
I've sent for l-glutathione and alpha lipoic acid, don't know.

p.s. I've had to stop eating eggs and some other food that are bad with a mold infection.
also, i rather think bathing in a moldy bathroom is like sleeping in a dumpster with rotting food.. one might expect one would get a bacterial infection from the latter.
one would i believe not be surprised if illness developed, and not necessarily a respiratory illness.
