Hello,
I did 11 days and I'm not sure if I should continue.
Its hard to tell if it really worked yet. If felt worse in the beginning of the treatment and a bit better near the end but not much better. Stools where loose and watery at all days I took the medicine, and the last two days they seem slightly better.
I was not expecting my stools to look healthy since they never do when I take such meds. It is possible it felt a bit better near the end because I switched from 4xd 500mg flagyl to 3xd on day 5. I was too nauseous to continue taking 4 x 500mg a day.
What I took should have been enough for giardia and amoeba but since I have a long history of not being able to kill those things I'm not sure if I should stop...
However, I don't really want to continue taking it since it makes me sleep more and its harder to get work done (which is usually already hard due to drowsiness etc... from the bugs).
I'm in a extremely difficult financial situation and need to be able to work as much as possible. Its been 6 years, I'm very scared and I hope this thing is gone once and for all!
The other reason I'm thinking of stopping is that I know those meds are hard on the body. It seems that the supplements have helped make the experience a bit easier. It does not look like I have worse white tongue then before and I only got significant tinnitus in the last couple of days. Maybe Sacharomyces Boulardii and other supplements helped make things easier. I like to see how my body is going to react without flagyl and albendazole...
Today is the 12 day and I haven't taking anything yet...
I will continue with the natural meds - Wheat germ, Sacharomyces Boulardii, enzymes, peper langum & Apo-lactoferrin at a lower dosage since I'm running out of them.
I appreciate any comments.
All the best
Jazzy
