Wanted to get your input on how to best go about achieving a successful flush while doing "The McCombs Plan" -- an anti-candida/general detox plan.
Today I wrapped up my 3rd flush in just over 2 months, but I only got out a small amount of gravel -- perhaps a tablespoon's worth. In my last flush 3 weeks ago, I got close to a 1/2 cup of pea-size and above stones, so I was really disappointed to get so little out this time.
The only difference between last time and this time is that I'm now taking Dr. Mccombs' supplements for candida/detoxing, and I wonder if they could have impeded my success. They consist of Candida Force -- an anti-fungal which is made from a derivative of castor beans in a soybean oil base and Detox Essentials -- a combo of Vitamin C, Echinacea, Red clover and Lemon Bioflavinoids. I didn't want to skip these supplements because I felt like I would have to start all over again and I'm already 2 weeks into the 4 month plan.
Additionally, I took my morning multi-vitamin yesterday and some liquid trace minerals as well as some Betaine HCI and digestive enzymes with breakfast. If it would help, I could skip these things next time, but again, I think it would screw up my progress with the candida if I stop the McCombs supplements for 1.5 days and I don't really want to wait 3.5 more months to do another liver flush.
In a few weeks, I'll be stopping the Candida Force and adding a probiotic -- do you think that would help since I won't be taking the gelcap that's in a soybean oil base? Or do you think my bad results this time are just a coincidence?
If you know of another
Liver Flush that I could try instead, I'd certainly be willing to try it, but the Clark one seemed to work very well the 1st 2 flushes I did and most people seem to feel it's one of the most effective.
Would appreciate your thoughts!
