So I've heard time and time again that it's best to have a colonic before and after a liver flush? And exactly how many days should I wait after my colonic to go ahead with the liver flush? during the same day right after I have my first colonic?
and how long should I wait to get a colonic after my first liver flush, because some of you advise to give the body a rest.
BTW I'm scheduled for a colonics this coming Friday.

MoreThis is a reply to # 184,709Thank yor Telman for your very informative answer about my 70 year old father's CREAT level, so just to make sure, will this Liver Flush help my father in any way or shall I just forget about it. It is not dangerous for him?
BTW, that result was taken after a 14 day Master-Cleanse so it is probably what you noted.
Also he is saying that his urine flows very slowly, you have any idea on this, his urine is the normal color with no pain.

This is a reply to # 184,726I follow Andreas Moritz liver flush, he recommends a colonic the day of the flush and a colonic 3 days after. I followed this on my first flush and didn't horrible symptoms of detoxing :)
I will be doing the same on my second flush the end of this week !
