Ok So i am new to this site and new to a detox/cleansing. I have never done one before. I have lost 18
pounds recently following the 17 day diet. I have flucuated between losing 15-18 pounds... i stay at the same weight, i gain a pound or two then lose it again. Problem is... i am not going regularly. I also have about 12-22
pounds more i would like to lose. I feel like i NEED to do a cleanse. My body feels it. & I am sick of eating food to be honest. I would like to try a cleanse. I do not know where to begin so i thought i would begin by posting this in hopes someone could give me advice/tips on what works and what doesn't, how long i should do it for or just advice in general... Thank you in advance for your help/guidance!!
