Konjac powder, is a natural fiber powder, you can use to make all types of things, and its zero calories!!!!!
I use it to make my own pudding, vegan cheese, noodles, lasagna, and the list goes on.
when I am on a fast, I just eat the gel straight. It fills me up and I am able to stay on a
Water Fast better.
