Please I need some guidance, I do not understand what is going on with me. I have been experiencing chronic bloating for about a month (no appetite whatsoever). I have not been myself either, it is like I am a different person...recently I have been seeing red bumps centered on what appear to be hair follicle...Nose hair, ear hair, eyebrow, eyelash and hair on head falls out very easily. I have been seeing fibers but do not know if it is alarming. I see them mainly on hands near fingernails but not all the time. I also see fibers floating in air. I do not experience much pain...but have occasional discharge from eyes and something that coats my eyelash (floaters). i am posting pictures of what I have been seeing. There are too many symptoms I am experiencing and I am afraid to see a doctor..they may think I am mad...but i am definitely having GI involvement, nasal passages involvement, ocular involvement, ear, and cutaneous involvement mainly on upper body.




I do not know where these bumps come from and why. I am not the kind to have acne.




Is this a morg fiber bundle?




This white circle sometimes appear in that place above my eyebrow. I do not know what it is.




Mystery scratch on shoulder. Scabies?? I do not itch.




White substance underneath skin. I can often scratch it out and it does not hurt and is solid.

I do not know what this is...is it paper...I saw it on nail but it was not like I pulled it out it was just on a hanged nail...I also saw other white strands on fingers around.
