LOL, pumpkin seeds are a big no-no for me right now. They give me horrible gas. I am thinking of the turkey slices, hummus and possibly a hard boiled egg. Not eating fruit right now.

Actually no, I do not use coconut oil at all, as it gives me bad die-off. I was not told specifically to not eat coconut bread (I have never heard of coconut bread before). I was told to stay away from any kind of bread, because of the carb content.

Actually, the eggs don't smell much at all after they've had time to cool off. The only drawback is you need someplace to put the shells.

Don't use a commercial dressing. They almost always have something bad in them. A dressing of olive oil and garlic or something like that would likely be fine assuming you have no trouble with those two ingredients.

Actually, I often just ate the eggs. It's monotonous, but it will keep you alive. You can add more things if you want more variety.
