I seem to have gravitated to this forum, been reading so much it seems to be all I do while at work, like a new obsession. Luckily I can get sentences to form right now as I perceive that I usually am in a fog, forgetful, and getting nothing done.
Started IF #1 on Saturday along with Superfood. And have been juicing a lot.
Want to kick this Depression and heal whatever else is going on by following the protocols discussed on this forum.
I've seen a lot of good posts here and look forward to healing together.
I'm reaching out because, like so many things, I think I can do this on my own. But my experience has shown me that I need help, and a lot of it, which is why I am writing this post.
I see that there are a lot of good people here and I definitely need to surround myself with positive people while on this journey.

Hi deocder,
I know all about that "obsession" thing lol! When I found this forum I couldn't stop reading! I wasn't working at the time and I didn't get anything at all done around the house, but the good news is that I learned lots of very valuable information and I've got notebooks filled with info I printed.
We're glad you decided to join us! There are lots of wonderful people here willing to help whenever we can.

This is a reply to # 1,822,386Thanks everyone for the kind words! It's very much appreciated.
I was reading over some of my old posts and it's hard to believe where I was then and where I am now. I have a lot of work in from of me. But at least I am aware and acknowledge that and am moving forward.
Today I found that the Superfood doesn't taste as bad as it first did. What a relief! I made it with the juice of half and orange, juice of an apple, fresh cantaloupe, some frozen blueberries, and water.
