Blood thin--perhaps fish oil ,maybe garlic to some degree.
Blood cleansers: Red clover? Burdock?

The tea form is the easiest to digest. Tinctures it depends on the company, but are over priced for what your getting. The capsules are more digestive work. I always notice the best results with the tea form mixed with a little vitamin C. But sometimes its hard to find herbs in the tea form. Senna tea + vitamin C seemed to be much more effective than the capsules.
