I'm so thrilled to finally be able to do someof the things suggested on the forum!
I loooooove cayenne pepper! My mom bought the 90,000 heat unit pepper and was all afraid for me to take it. Man, you're talkin to a girl who drinks Ginger juice every day after my meal. The cayenne wasn't even close to as hot as the Ginger juice that I drink. It felt really good to me going down... Actually felt soothing.
I'm loving the ashwaghanda. I actually went out shopping yesterday and tried on dresses for fun. I've been house bound for 6 months.
What else? oh yes! Spirulina is easily digested by moi!!!! Although, it makes me gag a bit. Maybe I'll add some cayenne to it.
I'm about to try the kidney/bladder tea. It's a soakin'!
