Hi Robert
The most important thing before treatment is to ensure you are having regular full bowel movements before you do any treatments. This is because if u start killing parasties in a sluggish bowel they can clog you up and make you feel worse.
The best way to get things moving out quickly is a series of colonic irrigation sessions; this really works best. Enemas at home also help to clear the lower bowel. If you cannot afford or cannot do this, you could try oxypowder or some other capsule based bowel cleanse; however my experience is they are not as good as doing colonic treatments.
If your bowel is moving at least once a day with a full bowel movement (more is better) you can try herbs and/or pharmas. I have expelled a huge number of visible parasites so am speaking from experience. I have used both pharmas and herbs and they both work very well - but you need to know that it took years to get sick and your body won't be healed overnight. The colon is very long and it can harbour a zoo of creatures and fungus. Pharmas target certain species so you will need to read up what you are taking. Note that you are probably infested with more than one zoological variety so if you are going to do pharmas, do a braod spectrum pharma/s.
For herbal treatments:
Humaworm is a great first choice.

Oxypowder's bowel and parasite cleanse is another really good choice.

Anti fungals are a good idea as well as usually co-exist with parasites. Some of these are Neem (easily bought from Indian/Asian supermarkets), pau d'arco, Olive Leaf Extract, grapfruit seed extract, and garlic - use on a rotational basis.
