Insight
Interesting.
It reminds me of something I came across about 10 years ago during my research in spirituality, etc.
It was something called "clicking the amygdala forward".

I never did it because the thought of it gave me strange feelings, so I never fully looked into it.
I believe it is practice that borders between the physical and spiritual. Some parts of our brains are physical-spiritual centers, like the pineal gland, for instance.
I wonder if this program you're mentioning is similar? I wonder if it is spiritual or draws on the spirits/spiritual realms for power? (Like reiki, for example. It draws from spirits. Ineffective technique, from what I've heard, by the way. I've never done it on myself. Cautious about things like that.)
That program mentions they use elements derived from yoga. A lot of people don't realize that yoga itself is a religious/spiritual practice. The purpose is to unite you with the divine. The word yoga literally means "union". Those postures are worship postures, honoring different gods. That's why things like kundalini, occur, even with practices like Tai Chi, another spiritual practice. I've always been hesitant to allow kundalini to occur, as I'm not entirely sure if it's a "good" thing or a "bad" thing.
So yeah, I wonder how spiritual this program is. Perhaps not at all, and it just uses certain understandings of the body to heal? I think I saw it mention breathing techniques. Perhaps that's the yogic aspect. Pranayama are powerful breathing techniques.
Either way, keep me updated on what you plan on doing with this. If I get a hold of some money, I'll pitch in. I'm interested in seeing what the program entails exactly.
