In a 6-2 decision, the Supreme Court voted to protect pharmaceutical companies from liability when their vaccines cause debilitating injuries and death. The high court majority considers vaccines "unavoidably unsafe" and was worried about drug makers being sued and obligated to compensate their vaccine victims. Instead of opting to protect children, the Supreme Court chose to safeguard the financial interests of the multi-billion dollar vaccine industry.
The ruling was a defeat for Hannah Bruesewitz, who suffered from a severe brain injury, developmental delays, and a lifelong seizure disorder after receiving a mandated DPT vaccine. She was denied compensation by the U.S. Court of Claims, which administers the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Established by Congress in 1986, this program was designed as a non-adversarial way for vaccine victims to be compensated for their injuries caused by compulsory vaccinations. However, during the past several years, this "non-adversarial" program has degenerated into a hostile and expensive legal battle for parents seeking restitution for their losses; nearly 4 out of every 5 cases are rejected.
After being rejected by the U.S. Court of Claims (following several years of adversarial litigation), Hannah's attorneys sued in civil court, providing evidence that the DPT vaccine manufacturer, Wyeth-Lederle, had the technology to produce a less reactive, purified pertussis vaccine but declined to do so. However, the Supreme Court has now declared that justice cannot be sought in American courtrooms.
According to Barbara Loe Fisher of the National Vaccine Information Center, "This is a sad day for all Americans forced by law to use dozens of doses of vaccines or be barred from school or health insurance or employment. The only leverage left to American consumers to ensure that vaccines with the fewest health risks are produced is to oppose vaccine mandates and work to defend vaccine exemptions in all public health laws."
According to vaccine safety advocate Louise Kuo Habakus of the Center for Personal Rights, "The Court is telling parents that they're on their own. Parents know that 4 out of 5 cases of vaccine injury do not get compensation in the misnamed Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. The Supreme Court has slammed the courthouse doors shut."
Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote a compelling dissent, in which Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg joined, arguing that the Supreme Court majority appears more concerned about protecting the vaccine industry than about the safety of our children: "The Court imposes its own bare policy preference over the considered judgment of Congress...misconstrues the Act's legislative history, and disturbs the careful balance Congress struck between compensating vaccine-injured children and stabilizing the childhood vaccine market."
Justice Sotomayor had more to say: "The majority's decision leaves a regulatory vacuum in which no one - neither the FDA nor any other federal agency, nor state and federal juries - ensures that vaccine manufacturers adequately take account of scientific and technological advancements.... The vaccine market will often have little or no incentive to improve the designs of vaccines that are already generating significant profit margins. Nothing in the...legislative history remotely suggests that Congress intended that result."

I guess that apples to women too (ducking).

Wow, I'm very surprised that the two Marxist hags, who I thought would like to see all of the sheeple-cattle, their children, and other useless eaters terminated would dissent on this bill.
As for your being "forced" to vaccinate your children or yourselves, it's simply not true in most states of the union.
But you'll need to READ THE LAW. More on this below.
And, you may need to be ASSERTIVE with the school folks and others, who have not and in many cases WILL NOT read the entire law.
That's why it's so important to stick up for what you believe in.
I was concerned and worried when we decided to transfer our son to a public school because after six years of home schooling, we thought he needed to interact with the general public. He has a severe disability. Otherwise, no way would I send a child to the public schools.
I had visions of the AmeriKan KGB showing up on my doorstep over this issue. That's after reading some of the horror stories on the internet, which may or may not be true (you never know).
However, I did what the law allowed and sent a simple letter explaining that he had not been vaccinated and would not be vaccinated and why.
WOULD YOU BELIEVE that nobody questioned this. Nobody even batted an eye. Yet the same people calmly passed out the papers that included dire warnings that lead one to believe that it will be "Curtains" (so to speak) if the child is not jabbed.
And these people will always say, "the law says that if a child has not received all his required immunizations, he may not attend." And they sometimes make "child endangerment" noises or imply that if you try to contest this, you will be guilty of medical neglect, etc.
Well, I read the law. Ohio (a republic).
And would you believe that IT REALLY SAYS WHAT THE MEDICAL PEOPLE TELL YOU! "All children, blah, blah, blah.."
But GUESS WHAT?
The next paragraph down, it also says that if you have some reason for objecting to the vaccinations, then just submit a letter stating your objection, and include the reason, which may include medical reasons (Dr's excuse needed), or religious reasons, or philosophical reasons (conscience). And that covers all the bases, folks.
Please note that in some states, "They" try to tell you that if you have a religious objection, you MUST prove you are a member of some sect with such tenets.
Because the feds and the states are precluded from establishing religious sects. Precluded by federal and state bills of rights.
So THINK for yourselves, people, and don't be afraid to ACT as well. And don't wait until the stuff hits the fan, but try to gain some experience and increase your courage before it becomes a matter of life and death.
Supporting evidence. One paragraph follows the other.
Immunization requirements for school children
Ohio Revised Code (R.C. 3313.67).
Children attending public schools or nonpublic schools that meet state educational requirements must be immunized against chicken pox, poliomyelitis, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, measles (rubeola), mumps, ru bella, and hepatitis B. Unless exempted from the immunization requirements, a child cannot be permitted to remain in school for more than 14 days unless the child presents written evidence satisfactory to the school of having received the required immuni zations or being in the process of receiving the required immunizations.
Exceptions to immunization requirements:
Ohio Revised Code (R.C. 3313.671(B):
(2) The child presents a written statement of the child’s parent or guardian in which the parent or guardian declines to have the child immunized for reasons of conscience, including religious convictions
Clauses #1 (physician's statement needed) and #3 (physician's certification needed)are not copied here because number two is all you actually need. As usual, your ability to deal with "number two" is crucial! :-)
NOW GET THIS. Exemptions #1 and #3 -- which say you need a physician to sign or certify, blah, blah, blah... effectively BRACKET clause 2, which states in plain English that if you object, all you need to do is put it in writing and send it in.
I suspect that many people will tend to disbelieve that little old Them has the right to object, based only upon their own convictions. But it's true.
One thing for sure, NOBODY in the official system is going to tell you about it even if you ask them.
Again, I am very surprised that two Marxist hags dissented on the vaccine scam run by their tribe!
Uny edit/add - GREAT POST, ELF!!! ...and here is where you can find all the latest updated legal information on exemptions for every state...even the forms you need to print out are here! Vaccination Liberation
Sweetie. one of my children did not have all of her vaccinations when I enrolled my children in public school a couple of years ago. I didn't want my children to have any more vaccinations than they already had, and I certainly didn't want my daughters getting the Gardicil vaccination that our Governor mandated a few years ago for all 13 year old girls.
I went to that link Uny added, found my state, and filled out the application for the vaccination waiver from our State Department of Health. It cost me $10 per child. The DoH mailed me a very lovely, official document that I copied and sent with all my children's enrollment paperwork. There has not been one peep. All these State agencies seem to need is the proper paperwork.
Go ahead and start the process now before the huge summer rush.
