Wow, I'm very surprised that the two Marxist hags, who I thought would like to see all of the sheeple-cattle, their children, and other useless eaters terminated would dissent on this bill.

As for your being "forced" to vaccinate your children or yourselves, it's simply not true in most states of the union.

But you'll need to READ THE LAW. More on this below.

And, you may need to be ASSERTIVE with the school folks and others, who have not and in many cases WILL NOT read the entire law.

That's why it's so important to stick up for what you believe in.

I was concerned and worried when we decided to transfer our son to a public school because after six years of home schooling, we thought he needed to interact with the general public. He has a severe disability. Otherwise, no way would I send a child to the public schools.

I had visions of the AmeriKan KGB showing up on my doorstep over this issue. That's after reading some of the horror stories on the internet, which may or may not be true (you never know).

However, I did what the law allowed and sent a simple letter explaining that he had not been vaccinated and would not be vaccinated and why.

WOULD YOU BELIEVE that nobody questioned this. Nobody even batted an eye. Yet the same people calmly passed out the papers that included dire warnings that lead one to believe that it will be "Curtains" (so to speak) if the child is not jabbed.

And these people will always say, "the law says that if a child has not received all his required immunizations, he may not attend." And they sometimes make "child endangerment" noises or imply that if you try to contest this, you will be guilty of medical neglect, etc.

Well, I read the law. Ohio (a republic).

And would you believe that IT REALLY SAYS WHAT THE MEDICAL PEOPLE TELL YOU! "All children, blah, blah, blah.."

But GUESS WHAT?

The next paragraph down, it also says that if you have some reason for objecting to the vaccinations, then just submit a letter stating your objection, and include the reason, which may include medical reasons (Dr's excuse needed), or religious reasons, or philosophical reasons (conscience). And that covers all the bases, folks.

Please note that in some states, "They" try to tell you that if you have a religious objection, you MUST prove you are a member of some sect with such tenets.

BULL SHIITE!

Because the feds and the states are precluded from establishing religious sects. Precluded by federal and state bills of rights.

So THINK for yourselves, people, and don't be afraid to ACT as well. And don't wait until the stuff hits the fan, but try to gain some experience and increase your courage before it becomes a matter of life and death.

Immunization requirements for school children

Ohio Revised Code (R.C. 3313.67).

Children attending public schools or nonpublic schools that meet state educational requirements must be immunized against chicken pox, poliomyelitis, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, measles (rubeola), mumps, ru bella, and hepatitis B. Unless exempted from the immunization requirements, a child cannot be permitted to remain in school for more than 14 days unless the child presents written evidence satisfactory to the school of having received the required immuni zations or being in the process of receiving the required immunizations.

Exceptions to immunization requirements:

Ohio Revised Code (R.C. 3313.671(B):

(2) The child presents a written statement of the child’s parent or guardian in which the parent or guardian declines to have the child immunized for reasons of conscience, including religious convictions

Clauses #1 (physician's statement needed) and #3 (physician's certification needed)are not copied here because number two is all you actually need. As usual, your ability to deal with "number two" is crucial! :-)

NOW GET THIS. Exemptions #1 and #3 -- which say you need a physician to sign or certify, blah, blah, blah... effectively BRACKET clause 2, which states in plain English that if you object, all you need to do is put it in writing and send it in.

I suspect that many people will tend to disbelieve that little old Them has the right to object, based only upon their own convictions. But it's true.

One thing for sure, NOBODY in the official system is going to tell you about it even if you ask them.

Again, I am very surprised that two Marxist hags dissented on the vaccine scam run by their tribe!
