Even though I don't know what ALA is, have never seen the word / abbreviation before in a health / herb / remedy context, and otherwise don't know anything about ALA, if it is an alcohol-based liquid/tincture/extract, I would be very very careful about even thinking of putting anything like it ( or any other alcohol based solution ) directly into the lower bowell until I know it was a very weak solution.

If it were me I would do whatever necessary to make sure that the alcohol parasite ALA stuff that you add to the coffee solution will yield a very very very week alcohol solution once mixed with the coffee water. In other words, you said " one cap full ", but how much is that, exactly? ...how big is the cap, how strong is the alcohol solution, and how much coffee solution do you intend to add ths cap full too ?

There are so many anti cancer things you can put into your enemas. Cesium, DMSO, Ozonated water, Quinones, etc.

Green tea would even be an improvement.
