The above are all things alone or in combination that can potentially rid your body of parasites. However, you should be aware that a painful gut after a flush may not necessarily be a result of parasitic activity. The flush is known to sometimes cause people to temporarily have aches and pains which will often go away after a few days. This is often the result of toxins circulating in your blood. I was flushing after every 4 weeks, but decided to flush after two weeks. I experienced sporadic pain in my left rib, finally rubbed some castor oil(sounds funny but it worked) in the area and the pain was gone the next day. Then, I experienced pain under my right rib after a a few days, rubbed castor oil in the area before bedtime and bingo the pain vanished the next day and has not returned. If the pain persists for more than a few days, it is advisable that you get a medical diagnosis to rule out anything serious. Otherwise, just drink lots of water, try rubbing castor oil in the area or try castor oil packs and wait 3-4 weeks before your next flush to allow your body sufficient recovery time and you should be fine.
Best Wishes.
