I also did dr natra colon cleanse/ parasite cleanse, and about 50 days in to it I started having kidney pain, thats before I did my first Liver flush. so i did some research on the ingredient for parasite cleanse on dr natra Colon Cleanse and noticed that especially Wormwood is very very harsh on the kidney. when taking them long term even causing kidney falure according to this one site.

with individual with kidney problem such as diabetes or gallstones, IBS, IBD, CFS, EDEMA I would recommand the following order to avoid kidney complications

liver flush

right after Liver-Flush I take two capsules of uriflow and tons of water with Sea Salt it helped be tremendosely with kidney pain
