So I totally forgot I was suppose to be at a family members birthday diner tonight, and seeing as none of my family know i'm fasting I had to break it which was kind of disappointing since I really haven't been feeling too bad on it.

I'll restart tomorrow but I'm a bit worried how anti-social it will make me. If any of my friends or family thought I was juice fasting they would think I'm crazy....I'll just have to do my best to postpone diner invites and nights out drinking. Still determined to make a 14 day fast though!:)
