It's okay! You are doing fine. Just jump back up and get back on. I have had the same issues. I will tell you what helps me when people question me: I simply tell them I am doing a cleanse. It's ambiguous enough but provides enough information that they usually don't ask further questions.

If they do bug you, you can simply explain what you are doing. If they then tell you you are crazy, you can point out that every culture but American - the fattest and most unhealthy - fasts. And it's Biblical (if you have to go there), and so on. If they keep on, then I simply tell them that a cleanse is what I am doing and nothing they can say will convince me otherwise. I tend to add that they are more than welcome to come to me for advice on their health after they see how much more healthy I am at the end. ;) That usually shuts them up. Don't make a big deal about it. Downplay it.

I have been to a dinner party for work during a cleanse, and I simply let the cook know what I was doing and if she/he had some juice. They were very obliging. That one sucked, b/c I was in NM and she was cooking traditional Mexico meals. Argh! But again, it was worth it in the end.

You can do this. Heck, I have a 7-day business trip in the middle of this. So I have my trusty manual orange juicer ready to go. It's a pain, but it's so worth it.
