Easy my fasting friend. Just relax. I weighed 258.8 at start.Now at day 23 am 226.0 this morning!
Fasting on water has to take off weight and you should be losing at least a pound a day and 2 or mabye 3 first 3 days or so.
Remember first few days are water weight and food still in body ,colon...
Then the true fat burning begins.
You have to be patient.Your body has to eliminate the salt and you have just cut off all sources of carbs. The weight will come off. I have had a few sticking points for day or two but then bam off came two
pounds or so. Almost everyone averages about what I have lost on water that weighs about what we weigh. So relax it will happen.
I feel 100% better and many of my weight related problems are disappearing or greatly reduced,sore back,feet, out of breath just walking around,etc
I would do some aerobics walking is good on treadmill ,bike ,eliptical if you have one or get one.
I have both nice treadmill and nice recumbent bike.But walking 30 minutes a day 5x week even on water should speed up loss a bit.
For other tips pm me. I feel great,lighter ,look tons better already getting lots of compliments from wife, other people that know me and can't believe the weight loss and how fast it is. I expect to be 220 by day 30 and 210 by day 40. Shutting this one down at day 40 hopefully and then go to EAT STOP EAT goggle it,intermittent fasting and keep up aerobics 5x week and weights 3x to 4x week.I guarantee will not regain this weight and will have another shorter fast liklely in three of four weeks mabye 21 to 30 max on juice or water if feel have to but think will be ok with the intermittent fasting and will be watching hard what I eat and planning my meals at least during the week with maybe bit slack off on weekends.
So relax,kick back,don't even look at scale for week maybe. Stick to the fast, do that exercise and the weight will start falling off and you will be a new man in two or three weeks!
