I've had an external one for months. It's ugly and annoying and no, I did not get it from straining.
I'm wondering if doing a month long fast and nothing coming out but liquid/dilluted liquid from the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) would give it a break from being irritated and go away?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,749,095I have an internal hemorrhoid. I have done several very long fasts (one 60 days) and still have the hemmorhoid. Sorry I don't have better news... whatever your goals, have a great cleanse!

Whats the point of fasting/cleansing if I never want to have sex again with that grape sticking out? LOL
