I had Morgellons for a very long time before I got any skin lesions and my fibers can only be seen with a microscope.

The parasitic worm I have isn't strongyloides though it is about the same size and does look somewhat similar. Yes, stromgyloides can give skin lesions and some people think that it is the cause of Morgellons. I am quite certain it isn't.

Stromgyloides should respond rapidly to Ivermectin or Albendezole. Morgellons won't.
