Nobody knows exactly the Antibiotic amounts needed to cause the mutation of candida to fungal form. It all depend of your diet, intestinal flora, immune system, and endocrine system. What is real Antibiotics are the BIGGEST cause of fungal candidiasis and this should be WARNED in every Antibiotic box. If I was read it, I had never taken them to the extend I did. ( I took 3 rounds of 1 week in less than 3 months plus 1 complete straight month after ) I did it without knowing anything about candida. I didn't have idea this yeast exist in the intestines and didn't know anything about mutation or its pathogenic state. I am paying a very high price for these Antibiotics to the point where I lost my marriage, my job, everything. So, if you can figure out all this, you will think this isn't anything to play with it. The worst problem isn't the Antibiotics caused it but knobody knows how to cure or revert it. This is the real problem... it looks like a permanent damage and I am not prepared to accept it because I have bad ideas in my mind.. Yes, there are many places staying candida can not be cured and even Mds telling it.. The fact is people are sick no matter what they do.. Yes, you make progress but as soon as you stop the antifungals and eat better the shit is back. What a way to live is this one ??

The answer to this question like so many others is, "It all depends." But as a reference point, the William Crook questionnaire asks the question, "Have you taken Antibiotics for 2 months or longer?"

I don't know he may have a point. Even a person with the best immune system in the world will get a brain fog and fatigue after eating a sugar/carb rich meal, ie. an entire pie, cake, or pizza. Hence the term "holiday fog" for the copious amounts of carb and Sugar rich foods people eat around the holiday season. The reason these perfectly healthy people get this reaction is presumably from an aldehyde release from candida.
