I can't prescribe anything, but I can tell you what I am taking. Right now I am taking a supplement called Thyroid Energy by Now. It is inexpensive at iHerb.com, but still a bit costly when you total it up. Basically, about $23 for a month and a half supply. But, I have bought many of the ingredients and plan to supplement based on that, taking only one dose of the TE to make it stretch. I have left out the guggul, ashwagandha, kelp, and irish moss.

I too, am taking Maca. I use a product by Natrol, also at iherb. It is concentrated 4:1, so I only take one 500mg capsule a day. Most less concentrated formulas recommend several caps a day of about 500mg. I hope this one is sufficient.
I take 20,000IU of vitamin A. It is higher than some are comfortable with, but after researching it, I'm comfortable at this level. In studies on vit. A, researchers have used as much 200,000IU on children in one dose. Of course that is not done often, but it does indicate a high level of safety. I plan to reduce that amount after a month. It has been about 3 weeks for me. I will say that the day after I started the A, my night vision just suddenly popped into focus. WOW!. I couldn't believe it. I had a dull ache over my week eye, then pop, I could see. I actually started laughing hysterically. My boyfriend thought I was nuts as I started reading signs along the road. Iodine to treat goiters and hypothyroidism on this forum. I'm hoping it isn't too late for it to help me. I would definitely suggest supplementing tyrosine. But please research all of this before you start supplementing. Balance is critical, and you can throw things off if you don't know what balances what.
I started taking fish oil a few months ago, and about a month or so later, my face began breaking out really badly, and my skin was dry as sand. Then I remembered a study that I had read that recommmended supplementing vitamin E whenever you use fish oil. I started using it, and my face started clear within 2 days. It has not completely clear, I had issues before, but it is actually getting better than it was before. Also, my vision started improving as soon as I started taking the E. So I use 400-800IU of E depending on if I'm taking any oil supplements or not, including flax or borage oils.
I admit that I am supplementing a lot, but unlike some others, I have been very consistent with my supplements, and have seem some remarkable results for each issue I target, from eyes to skin. I made 2005 my year for physical healing, and I have to say that the results are far better than I would have ever imagined.
I also stop using supplements when I believe they have served their purposes, like with glutamine for the gut healing.
