How would you get this???
The most common cause of this is low levels of B vitamins and/or zinc. The zinc and B vitamins needed for stomach acid also happen to be acid dependent for absorption. So the use of anything that reduces or neutralizes stomach acid will further impede stomach acid formation by blocking the absorption of these nutrients. These include antacids, acid blockers (proton pump inhibitors), calcium oxide/hydroxide, calcium carbonate (oyster shell, coral, dolomite), magnesium oxide and alkaline waters. Aging, lack of methylation or low levels of histamine can also reduce stomach acid.
so H,
You would boost stomach acid by taking b vitamins and zinc?
Yes, and maybe TMG. But there is more to this. Remember that the B vitamins and zinc needed for the formation of stomach acid are acid dependent for absorption. So you need acidity to begin with to absorb these:

And it would be a good idea to focus on the adrenals:

.i was just guessing bc of the bacteria problem.I do alot of belching lol dont know if that suggests anythign
You are either swallowing air or you have a lack of stomach acid. There are some things that people often overlook as causes of low stomach acid such as H. pylori or certain supplements such as calcium carbonate or magnesium oxide sources.
H,
How would u eradicate H. Pylori?
Mastic gum has been shown to kill H. pylori at even very small concentrations. I would recommend a capsule 3 times daily at least 20 minutes before meals for 3 to 4 weeks.
Licorice root has also been shown to be very effective against H. pylori.
