I'm 28yrs old and have been dealing w/ musky
Body Odor since 9th grade...I think it's related to anxiety. Feeling insecure about how I look, who likes me, and how I act. I'm starting to become more comfortable with myself. I'm actually an attractive woman with a lot going for myself. I want to be involved in church activites and more social but, my
Body Odor gets in the way. I wonder how bad it is. I wonder what it smells like? Any way...I wanted to know what is a LOW-CHOLINE DIET, what does it consist of. I drink alot of Coca-Cola, sugary drinks, I eat eggs(i love omelets), rice, pasta, fried foods, ice cream but, I'm afraid all of this is having an affect on my odor. PLEASE help me...I just recenly bought Vitamin C and Dandelion root supplements...but, I just started them today.
WHAT DO YOU GUYS EAT?
