Even though I don't like taking drugs I am doing what the Doc(a local Naturopath who is Lymes Literate and used to be an Internal MD) has prescribed...I did KETEK for 3 weeks , then ALINIA(I have babeosis co-infection)for 3 weeks with ARTEMISININ(ART.) for 3 weeks(then 2 off and back on for another 3), now back on KETEK for a month until my next appointment. 5 days ago my hips, ankles, knees and elbows(my left elbow was locking up) were so sore with pain, I didn't know if I'd make it through the day, hands would cramp up with use...now 5 days later I feel fine again(last ALINIA and ART. was Wed(it is now Sat.), will start ART. again in 2 weeks), just started 2nd round of KETEK today.Just have a feeling something must be dying to get pain that that 2 come on suddenly. Thank you for all opinions, that is what this board is all about.

I think what you are describing is just plain old symptoms of lyme.

I wish I had some good suggestions on how to treat lyme inexpensively, unfortunately I just don't know of a way to do that. the only two protocols that I know of that have good track records are prescription Antibiotics and rife treatments.

I do not know of any homeopathic method of treating lyme. That doesn't mean one doesn't exist though. So you should keep looking

Colloidal Silver might help you. It will kill the lyme bacteria if it comes into contact with it. However silver solutions will not penetrate deep into the joints where the bacteria like to hide. But it still might help you because the bacteria is scattered throughout the body. That's about the only inexpensive treatments that I can think of
