I have read some post that some of you guys prep for about a week before LF. What kind of prep have you done? The day before LF, I do not take any supplements or eat/drink any sweets. I do the Dr. Clark's LF. Maybe I need more preparations. I am on parasite cleansing maintenance program. Other than that no other prep. About 2 years ago I did a colon cleansing and kidney flush of Dr. Clark's.- Re: A week's preparation? Bgone

This is a reply to # 1,704,115I usually just take the olive oil straight and chase it with water and take the ACV in water.
