i suggest you read the book i just posted--
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1700287#i
it's short, and will give you a good sense of where YOU are at, in relation to what the words are saying/suggesting.
This will help you a lot to decide for yourself, what is best to do. (It may be best to cleanse first, say with some good healing foods. >>Water fasting is not a quick fix 'cure all'. ...let me put this another way--One doesn't build a gorgeous condo building on the site of a dilapidated apartment complex, without first doing some cleaning-up work..)
It's very important for a person embarking on a
Water Fast to have a strong sense of being fully 'onboard'. What helps that a great deal is to do a bit of one's own study (not of posters' opinions, however persuading), but of older books written... these are the gold - imv.)
The Soil and Health library has books about water fasting- also, look up posts by Chrisb--His tend to reference the fasting masters...
best wishes
(
Body Odor is a basic sign of toxemia--this points to the need for a thorough cleansing, and rebuilding. It's critical, though, to have the nutrients to build a body that is not akin to a dilapidated building...)
in other words, you might not have the stores to make the most of a fast--even a short one. let's see what others say.
