Hi everybody!!
Yesterday I had my first liver flush! But the thing is I DIDN’T do a parasite cleanse before (and never in my life). I was feeling absolutely normal as I usually am. So why did I passed it through so easily even without parasite cleanse??? Does this fact possibly mean that I don't have those parasites in me or I can face troubles during my next flush? Any ideas about this issue?

Some recommend doing a parasite cleanse after the liver is cleansed by flushing. It is thought the any parasites might block the liver if a parasite cleanse is done before. So some think its better not to do a parasite cleanse before, as you did. I did a parasite cleanse during my flushes, I don't think its a big issue either way.

This is a reply to # 169,884Because there are different views on how to progress. I started with liver flushing.
Did a parasite cleanse 2 years later just to try it. If you follow Andreas Moritz he suggests just Liver Flushing and bowel cleansing, that's what I do.
