First some background:
42.7 Hz was used in the following study to induce sleep.

I have strong evidence to show that 42.7 Hz is the so-called "pineal" frequency, but adjusted for travel through organic matter.
See for yourself:
Divide 42.7 by 2.831749347.
(This multiplier comes from Charlene Boehm's 1999 paper on deriving DNA frequencies. She uses it to adjust DNA frequencies for travel through organic matter.)
Look at the number you get. 15.079018220746499. That is suspiciously close to the Terminator zapper frequency. It CAN'T be a coincidence.
-But why does it induce sleep?
Since it is a Pineal stimulation frequency, it is stimulating the production of melatonin. The job of the pineal gland is, after all, to produce this hormone!
-The first time I ran 42.7 Hz, I got a sore throat and felt strong dieoff all over. I felt and heard big things in my gut blowing up. I also felt lots of flukes in my spinal cord die. If all it was doing was stopping bacteria then how can you explain all that?
Something no one talks about here is how frequencies vary depending on the device you use. A frequency used in contact mode does not travel at the same speed as a frequency sent from a plasma tube. A frequency sent through the Scalar Craft 1A will not travel at the same speed as one transmitted on all other equipment.
Frequencies and scripts are worthless if they are not adjusted for your specific setup.
Anyway, Newport said once that 42.7 Hz just stopped reproduction of bacteria, possibly all bacteria. So is that all the "Pineal" frequency does? Why the contradiction then? Isn't it supposed to "block T.Serialis from attacking the posterior Pineal"??

It is a pineal stimulation frequency, period.
This explains why some people, including myself, have felt pain when running this. Those people have calcified glands or parasites blocking the gland. Stimulating a gland (that is in such poor shape) to produce more hormone is like stimulating the thyroid of a person with Hashimoto's or Grave's to produce more T3/T4! It is like asking someone in a wheelchair to go run a marathon. Constantly running this frequency without taking proper detox measures is just plain cruel behavior towards a gland that has suffered enough abuse already! (IP6 is a good supplement for calcifications btw.)

This is a reply to # 1,687,545very interesting! That really does explain a lot actually. Interesting also that you had herx reactions from that frequency. I have never had any kind of reactions from that frequency other than feeling very drowsy.
Here is a fascinating study which shows that transcranial magnetic stimulation with 15 Hz actually stimulates learning ability. they theorize it could be useful for people who have suffered brain damage
also, because they are using magnetic fields I doubt the 15 Hz frequency needs to be multiplied in order to penetrate the skin since magnetic fields will penetrate with no problem

Abstract
Recent neuroimaging studies have revealed that tactile perceptual learning can lead to substantial reorganizational changes of the brain. We report here for the first time that combining high-frequency (15 Hz) repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) over the primary somatosensory cortex (SI) with tactile discrimination training is capable of facilitating operant perceptual learning. Most notably, increasing the excitability of SI by 15-Hz rTMS improved perceptual learning in spatial, but not in temporal, discrimination tasks. These findings give causal support to recent correlative data obtained by functional magnetic resonance imaging studies indicating a differential role of SI in spatial and temporal discrimination learning. The introduced combination of rTMS and tactile discrimination training may provide new therapeutical potentials in facilitating neuropsychological rehabilitation of functional deficits after lesions of the somatosensory cortex.

Abstract
BACKGROUND: High and low frequency repetititve transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) are both effective in treating Depression but have contrary effects on motor cortical activity. This study aimed to understand further the mechanisms of action of high and low frequency rTMS by examining their acute effects on regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in depressed patients.
METHOD: Eighteen depressed subjects underwent brain single photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) scanning using split-dose 99mTc-HMPAO, and were examined during sham and active rTMS to the left prefrontal cortex, at 15 Hz or 1 Hz (N=9 each). Relative rCBF changes were examined by statistical parametric mapping and by regions of interest analysis.
RESULTS: High (15 Hz) frequency rTMS resulted in relative rCBF increases in the inferior frontal cortices, right dorsomedial frontal cortex, posterior cingulate and parahippocampus. Decreases occurred in the right orbital cortex and subcallosal gyrus, and left uncus. Low (1 Hz) frequency rTMS led to increased relative rCBF in the right anterior cingulate, bilateral parietal cortices and insula and left cerebellum. High frequency rTMS led to an overall increase, whereas low frequency rTMS produced a slight decrease, in the mean relative rCBF in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.
CONCLUSIONS: High (15 Hz) and low (1 Hz) frequency rTMS led to different frontal and remote relative rCBF changes, which suggests different neurophysiological and possibly neuropsychiatric consequences of a change in frequency of rTMS.

Abstract
Thirty-five elderly women in excellent health received a neuropsychological battery and resting electroencephalograms (EEGs) from bilateral parietal scalp electrodes. Spectral density analysis of the EEGs was designed to evaluate two levels each of slow activity (delta, 0.2-3.8 Hz and theta, 4.0-7.8 Hz), alpha activity (slow alpha, 7.0-9.8 Hz and fast alpha, 10.0-12.8 Hz) and fast activity (sigma, 13.2-14.8 Hz and beta, 15.0-20.0 Hz). There was no relationship between alpha slowing and cognitive impairment. However, significant correlations emerged between sigma activity and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale Scores. This association was strongest between right parietal sigma activity and WAIS Performance Scale weighted scores.

Effect of repetitive TMS and fluoxetine on cognitive function in patients with Parkinson's disease and concurrent depression.

We compared the cognitive effects of two types of antidepressant treatments in PD patients: fluoxetine (20 mg/day) versus repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS, 15 Hz, 110% above motor threshold, 10 daily sessions) of the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Patients in both groups had a significant improvement of Stroop (colored words and interference card) and Hooper and Wisconsin (perseverative errors) test performances after both treatments. Furthermore, there were no adverse effects after either rTMS or fluoxetine in any neuropsychological test of the cognitive test battery. The results show that rTMS could improve some aspects of cognition in PD patients similar to that of fluoxetine. The mechanisms for this cognitive improvement are unclear, but it is in the context of mood improvement.

Dr. Sutherland says the frequency 236.11hz stimulates the left prefrontal lobe of the brain. This consequently boosts the immune system.
Well divide this number by 2 repeatedly and you eventually get the frequency 14.756875.

This is a reply to # 1,687,621Naive technical question, but some of these studies used pulsed EM while others didn't. I don't think Sutherland did and he got results, but all the Earthpulse studies are based upon PEMF. Does this suggest it works either way? Or will what works depend upon the individual? More importantly, is the only way to determine what works for you through experimentation? Any ideas/opinions appreciated.

This is a reply to # 1,687,660there is no question that the PEMF is going to deliver a more pure frequency to the body. Magnetic waves pass through clothing and the human body with no problem. There is no distortion. This is not true of most rife contact devices and/or plasma devices. They use energy types that are distorted by human flesh
That is why Charlie Boehm had to adjust her frequencies for the distortion
I am pretty sure that each of the studies that I posted on this thread use magnetic fields. Thus no distortion, (EDIT -- I just looked over all of the studies I've posted on this thread, and yes they do indeed all use pure magnetic frequencies. Therefore no distortion, no need to adjust)
Some of these 15 Hz zapper type devices utilize orgone configurations which include wrapping a crystal with copper wire, sometimes in a Mobius coil. Very good chance that this would create a weak magnetic field, thus your body would get the benefits of a pure 15 Hz frequency
what is going on with the magic bean, i.e. SC-1 ? I know for sure there is a large magnet in there, beyond that is anybody's guess. So it's very possible that that device also creates a pulse electro-magnetic field. That could also be why its effectiveness dwindles the further you get away from it (magnetic field strengths drop considerably the further away you get from them), despite the claims by Dr. Jeff and others concerning subspace frequencies in its ability to find you 5 miles away etc.

This is a reply to # 1,687,660I think the reason it still works either way in some cases, is because magnets also produce eddy currents in the body, which are composed of electricity. Perhaps because the eddy currents are created directly in the body, they don't need to be adjusted for travel through organic matter? Who knows, I don't have a plasma device so I can't say any definitive statement on this.
I have definitely noticed no penetration problems when running frequencies on a pulsed magnet, though.
