This woman is the worst dentist I have ever been to, and I am a senior. She is a disaster. I was in her office all day for a cerec and she destroyed my tooth. You're supposed to take a picture of a tooth you're replacing with a crown before you make the new crown on the machine. I think she forgot to do this and there was no chance this was going to work. I was in her office all day, and she is very scattered, disorganized, and then does not tell the truth. I tried to get the x-rays, and cerec pictures, anything at all that would help to recover from the disaster she caused, and her office claimed they were "lost" or the cerec machne went down with records unrecoverable or some such crap. I have never had my bite restored since then (5 years ago) and so my jaw has degenerated severely since then, and the xrays or cerec photos or some indication of what my tooth used to look like were never turned over to me -- this has caused me many thousands of dollars, and it is an important molar I'm talking about that used to protect me from very advanced TMJ (I now have severe crunching on both sides). They also took a model of my upper and lower teeth before she damaged me and they claimed that was lost too -- her screwing up was bad enough, but her stance to protect herself by failing to turn over records that would help me with subsequent dentists in restoring my natural bite have become impossible. She has no conscience. And when she realized how much she had screwed me that day I spent the full day in her office, she tried to tell me she wanted to be my "older sister" (to try to control me by offering some such relationship, but I didn't take the "bite".) Watch out for her and only allow someone to use the cerec machine if they really know what they're doing.
