Hi guys,
I am new here and I'd appreciate your help.
I took NAC on the shelves of a health store a few months ago because it was said to be helpful against the flu and to help the body synthesize glutathione. I didn't know a thing about chelation.
The next day after taking it, I had a hard time getting out of bed and I slept all morning. I thought I may just be tired, so I took it another day and it was worse, so I stopped it. But the problem didn't stop. I can force myself to get out of bed, but then I will feel tired all day long.
Finally I found that it may be because I am intolerant to
sulfites or because NAC moved mercury from one area of my brain to another. I probably have a mercury problem and I may need to do the whole protocol of chelation. I am looking into it.
I had found this link saying that molybdenum and pantethine could help, I tried to find them in stores for months, I just ordered them online.

If you guys could give me some advice about something else I could take (supplement or food) to counteract the effects of NAC fast so I can stop being so tired and I can enjoy the rest of summer.
