have you ever done one hv?
Why does it matter? Does someone have to smash their foot with a sledge hammer to prove to themselves that it will hurt? Or is evidence and common sense enough to tell them that they do not have to smash their foot to know that it is going to hurt?
The evidence is overwhelming that what people are passing are not real gallstones. Even when people have sent these "stones" to a lab for testing it was confirmed that they WERE NOT real gallstones. How much evidence do people need before they finally start realizing that these flushes are quackery?
i dunno it just seems real authority with talking about something comes from actually trying it.
Again why? Especially considering the facts that what people are describing as far as texture, color, etc. are not fitting of real gallstones. And the fact that many of the "stones" people are showing in their photos cannot physically pass through the bile ducts no matter how much magnesium you take. And considering the fact that there are well known chemical reactions between the ingredients and bile that have been proven to form in the intestines exactly what is being described. And finally considering the fact that when these "stones" were actually analyzed by a real lab they were found to NOT BE real gallstones.
How many people have done this have passes little green squishy things that superficially look like real gallstones? Are they authorities on this just because they superficially resemble real gallstones and these people falsely believe they are real gallstones? Please explain to me how this constitutes "real authority" in any stretch of the imagination.
And tell me do you have to travel to the sun to know it really exists, that it is really hot and it emits a lot of deadly radiation? Gee, I have never been to the sun myself but I still knew all that about the sun and more. In fact I don't know of any authority on the sun that has actually been there. So does that mean they have no proof of the sun's existence or effects?
Actually the benefit of the liver flush is that it indeed makes the gall bladder expel bile, that´s why people claim they feel the benefits. But actually you can achieve the same results by using specific herbs, which is way better than the whole liver flush protocol.
Even small amounts of oils with meals such as a olive oil an vinegar dressing on a salad will help keep the bile from becoming stagnant. Taking very large amounts of oil just puts the body at risk from possibly lodging a real stone in the bile ducts if any real stones are present.
"Lecithin is in the olive oil for the flush"..?
I'm curious - where did you learn about this?
I don't know where they got that but lecithin is not a component of olive oil.
The author of this artical used the report I wrote about about my sister avoiding surgery... I don't do liver flushes anymore instead use bitters... but I can't convince my sister bitters are better. How do you explain her circumstances?

In her case the doc DID give her a ct scan before (it showed the stones) and after (the stones were gone) and her horrid painful attacks stopped after she passed the stones. Maybe because the stones were in her galllbladder not her liver. (Actually it was two or three stones... orginally I thought she had only one) She still believes in liver flushes...
It is hard to say without more details such as what she was taking, diet, etc.. But for starters CT scans are not effective for diagnosing gallstones. And considering the amount of radiation they give off with even one I think the doctor is a quack for giving her one, let alone two instead of doing the more accurate and non-radiation ultrasound.
