Have you tried using pure coconut
oil on your skin, as well as other
natural oils? I'm a 63 year-old man
with young-looking skin. Since I
began using vigin coconut oil on
my skin about 2 years ago, I've
noticed significant improvement in
my skin's lubrication and elasticity.
I alternate the coconut oil with
two other oils: jojoba oil, and a
blend of almond, sesame, and castor
oil. I NEVER use sunscreen, even
though I live in South Florida and
spend a good deal of time outside.
I buy my coconut oil directly from
the Phillipines. It's virgin coconut
oil and I buy it by the gallon. It
doesn't need to be refrigerated. I
eat a tablespoon or more of it every
day, also. Let me know if you want
the address of Tropical Traditions,
the company that sells it. I buy
jojoba oil from the Vitamin Shoppe.
It's not expensive.
This may sound odd, but I suggest
you "talk" to your skin as you rub
in the oil. Tell your skin you want
it to use this oil to lubricate,
cleanse, heal, strengthen, and beautify. Spouses and children may
not listen, but bodies DO! At least
mine does. Try it.
Blessings,
Owen
